HighEnd with WP Bakery

Hi,

I purchased my High End Word Press with WP Bakery, with back end and front end editing, but no longer have access to my license # for updating.

I spoke with Blue Host WP-Blue Sky and apparently it should be up to the High End Theme to update my WP Bakery within the High End. But, that has not been happening, and now I cannot use this feature, because I was told to delete my old
Themes, the original having that WP-Bakery build in for editing, and, even though originally paid for through Mojo Marketplace who created my High End web site, it has now disappeared. I don’t know if that is because I deleted old Themes? I am just guessing.
