HIGHEND UPDATE ISSUE

> i updated all plugins with no problems
> i updated highend from v3.5.0.2 to v3.7.6…
> while on the chrome browser right after update i hit refresh button and got a dropdown message that a refresh could duplicate content / through the years this warning was a nothing burger but today after refresh the site has duplicate elements…
> home page = duplicate main nav bar
> post = dupe nav bar, feature image, related posts, author info,

> search = dupe nave bar, normal list presentation for two seconds that morphs to full contents of each respective post
> note, i failed to save a copy of v3.5.0.2, my bad // however the site has auto backup so i can go back a day or two with minimal consequences and hopefully old version of highend is sitting there.
