Highend Theme would not import on WordPress hosted by Bluehost

Hi, I purchased Highend Theme but it would not import on WordPress hosted by Bluehost. I get the following message:
‘Import Failed
Demo Import timed out and did not finish successfully. Would you like to retry the import?
If this keeps happening, please contact support.’

Bluehost has increased the php and the problem persists.
