Highend Theme responsive design feature not working well on my site

I purchased the Highend theme via Bluehost for $59, which apparently recurs annually.

Overall, I have had decent success in using the theme to create a good looking site on desktopo browsers, which is how I designed it; however, I am disappoitned to see that it renders so poorly on mobile devices, when you advertise the theme to be “fully responsive” and “looks great on any device”. Clearly, this is not true, at least not in my experience.

Also, I am not pleased that the “premium support” that was advertised to be INCLUDED with the theme is only this support forum, through which I have no idea when I will get an answer. I submitted a new topic several days ago, and still have not received an answer from this forum. I understand that I can pay more for additional support, but this is not what was advertised by your company before I purchased your product.

At this point, I need support asap to make this site at http://www.stldesignbuild.com render much better on mobile and on tablet-sized devices.
