Highend theme options menu unresponsive

I am trying to change some of the options in the Highend Theme. The only menu tab that is responsive is the “general settings” tab. All of the other tabs are not loading. I have tried this in several browsers on both Mac and Windows and have the same issue. I can’t make the changes I need to make on my site.
