Highend Theme Options do not work

When I open the Highend Theme options tab it is stuck on general settings. When I click Layout settings, or contact settings, the link in the URL box changes but it does not load the new options page.

I deactivated all plugins and the issues continues. I recently upgraded my PHP, WordPress and a couple plugins and I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.
