Highend Theme Missing widgets.json File

Greetings!
I have reached the below steps, but am stumped on Step 4 as I cannot locate the widgets.json file. Can you please tell me where exactly it is, or provide it for the Highend theme?

Widgets Import
Step 1 – Click on Plugins > Add New.
Step 2 – Search for Widget Settings Importer/Exporter plugin by Voce Platforms or download it manually from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-settings-importexport.
Step 3 – Go to Tools > Widget Settings Import.
Step 4 – Select widgets.json file from Widget Exports folder (previously downloaded from mojo).
Step 5 – Click on Show Widget Settings.
Step 6 – Click on Select All Active Widgets.
Step 7 – Click Import Widget Settings.
