As previously mentioned in the above post, I bought TWO Highend themes in 2015 AND 2019 from Mojo Marketplace. I’m attaching my 2019 VISA statement highlighting one purchase from Mojo – I have no better record. All other business records from 2016 and earlier are no longer accessible – in Canada we’re required to keep records for 7 years back.
You can check the portal support requests I posted in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and 2019 which further validates I’m an authentic user from this time period. Look for my email alan@connectis.ca – I even hired HB to do some service work.
You say the notice was posted on the support portal. I’ve had no reason to visit the portal and have a functioning system all these years without requiring any support – so I wouldn’t know. You could have added NOTIFICATIONS in the theme like other vendors do during updates to notify clients of policies changes – enabling us to react. While I understand you need to make money, your stance given the timeframe is not reasonable. Not only have I bought 2 licenses, but I caused several others to purchase as well.
It is reasonable that you take care of your clients, and I would think you’d want to keep your clients happy to continue recommending HB.
