Highend theme conflict with BBpress

I have the BBpress plugin installed with Highend. The BBpress forums should have a “Subscribe” button that allows users to receive an email when someone posts to the forum; however, that button is missing when Highend is active. Without being able to subscribe, the functionality of the forums is crippled. Tested it with one of the WordPress default themes and all other plugins deactivated and it’s definitely a theme conflict (see screenshots). Any ideas?
