Highend Theme Change H2 on Homepage

Hi

I’m trying to customize the css to change the h2 on the homepage.

The element from inspect is:
<h2 class=”hb-animate-element scale-down col-12 light hb-in-viewport” data-delay=”0″ style=”text-align: left”>Heronfield Landscaping</h2>

I have tried basic h2 {font-size: 30px} but nothing happens and I have tried a couple of other things from other topics listed on this forum e.g.
#main-wrapper #hb-page-title .light-text h2 { color: rgb(239, 9, 9)!important; }
and
#hb-page-title h2 {font-size: 50px !important; color: red !important;}

Neither of those work either.
I’d essentially like to change font, size, colour and capitals.
