Highend theme 3.7.4 Portfolio Columns

    I am using wordpress 5.8.1 and Highend theme 3.7.4 and when I try to set my portfolio-simple page to have 2 columns instead of 4, it defaults to 1. Please see screenshot. Any idea why this is? It has previously worked. Same problem in chrome and safari
