Highend Shop Issues

Thanks for a great theme! I’m close to launching our new Highend online store and just need help with a few fixes before launch:

1) Product Page: The “Related Products” photos at the bottom of the page are displaying at full image size, but should be much smaller.

2) Shopping Cart: How do I set the “Calculate Shipping” accordion so that it is open by default on page load?

3) Checkout Page: The “Country” and “State” dropdowns are not displaying correctly.
