highend – panel border margins

Hi

I love the look of the panels that go left margin to right margin, making a visual divider on the page, where you can highlight some content, similar to the ‘call out/prefooter area’ where it stretches the length 1140 of my box. I just cant seem to figure out how to do it. I add the panel, but it ends up just looking like a bordered box with info. Is there a way I can stretch it? Thanks
