Highend Options Wont save customizations

As discussed in another thread.
I followed the directions of adding the code required to increase memory to allow my color changes to save, but that didn’t work. I have not added any apps, just the ones that were loaded with the theme.
Do I provide admin details here, or can I PM them to you for further assistance?
