Highend Options URLs/headers not working

Whenever I click on “Highend Options” (under the “Appearance” tab), any of the headers there aren’t working. The “General Settings” header is the only one showing, and even though the URL will change when I click on one of the other headers (e.g., “Layout Settings,” “Logo Settings,” “Social Links,” etc.), the page doesn’t change and only “General Settings” shows.
