highend options tabs unresponsive/stagnant on general setting

I have seen a couple of threads with the same issue but was not able to find a solution from support. Is this issue fixable? I have been trying to edit the appearance of my shop page because some text is out of line but cannot touch it as highend options tabs only display the general setting no matter which tab I click on. Please any help would be more than appreciated.
