HIghend Options Not working

I installed Highend, and it was working fine. Now when I click a different tab in the options, it just stays in the same place. or goes to the top of the page. I wanted to change the breadcrumbs, but when I click it to “NO”, it just does nothing. I cannot navigate to a different tab , It stays in the General Settings option.
PLease Help
