HIghend menu not working on iphone iOS 14.5.1 iPhone 12 pro max

I’ve posted this issue twice in the last 5 days and haven’t heard from anyone at HB.

WP Live has troubleshooted this issue for over 7 days and can’t get my menu to show up on my iPhone 12 ProMax running ios 14.5.1.

They have checked, double-checked, and triple-checked and finally gave up. They were so troubled that they couldn’t fix this issue that they refunded my $149 the cost of their support.

They referred me to you.

The yellow box on the support ticket webpage says that the support team typically replies to all topics within 48 hours. It’s been over 5 days.

Need to get my site up and running on mobile.
