Highend Homepage Not Editable

I have the minimalist demo theme as my website. I’m using visual composer to edit my site. I can edit everything on the site minus the first two boxes on my homepage. The first box is the title and menu (Highend + Home, Our Story, etc). The second box has a picture of a man. I want to keep this template but just change the words and the picture. How do I do this?
