Highend Contact Form

I am using the contact form included with Highend. When I fill out my form and send it to the designated email address it does not have/show the email address that I have entered on the form. I do not get the person that put their email into my form – it shows my email address. What am I doing wrong? I am using Easy WP Smtp.
