High End Options Screen Not Working

Hello – please see attached to see how the High End Options screen appears for me. I cannot make any changes to the settings, when I click “Choose File” nothing happens, etc. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the theme a few times but it still does the same thing. I’ve also redownloaded the original Main File of the theme to reinstall it and I still get the same issue.
