High End Importing Demo Error

Hi.

I have installed HighEnd on my WP site and imported demo. In less than a minute it said “import complete” so I checked the site which had a “File not Found” error. I read elsewhere that it could take 25 minutes to load so I waited an hour and retried but it hadn’t changed. So I repeated the process. All the plugins have loaded but the site still exhibits the same file not found message.
I bought this great-looking theme for its many possibilities but as I am new to this game and hoped to avoid coding so would be grateful for some help installing the demo.
