Hiend theme busted, license key wouldn’t work, couldn’t login, all was broken

On 4/18/2025 My Highend theme went belly up. Nothing was working. I couldn’t login with the credentials I had been using, it wouldn’t accept the license key, and worse of worse, Highend did nothing because I couldn’t get onto the forum to register all this. Plus LemonSqueezy tried to get Highend to do something and they were ignored. I ended up saying a prayer, deleted the theme, bought a new license (2nd one in 3 months) and downloaded the theme again. Only this one isn’t working as well either. What is going on? Will I get back at least one of the theme payments or an extension for a second year? That seems only right. But, even though I’m make work arounds I’m having to pay for all of this when it’s something Highend is responsible for. Anyone else out there finding the same problems since 4/18/25? If nothing else, a reply would be nice.
