Hidden Page titles

There seem to be archive pages or hidden pages that don’t come up in my search in the admin panel or on my site menu.

How can I access these to update them?

There are headings/titles that don’t apply to me (i.e summer sale text like attached).

Also no one has yet to tell me how I can change the Page title and subheading font colours. There isn’t an option in the colour customizer for this. or it doesn’t work as I have tried a number of times!

Please help. No one is answering any of my questions yet since I purchased your theme last week…..
