Hi End Theme upgrade

We are using the Hi End theme we purchased and want to update it. We are not using all the capabilities of the template and hope to update our site by utilizing more of the features.

How can I download or access a complete copy for our team to work on before uploading as a live site?

Also, if we want to get assistance with the build, any suggestions?
