Help with Submission Form – Theme Conflict

    Hi there,

    On the front end of our site, users are unable to add a venue. It says “Create” but no fields come up. I’ve switched to Twenty Seventeen theme and the fields are all showing. See screenshots.

    Can you please help with a workaround for this?
