Help & Demo zip files

When I downloaded the Highend theme I only installed the main “theme” zip file

I also have the “Help File” and the “demo-data” zip files

I presume the “Help File” should be installed in the same manner and location (Appearance/Themes) as the actual Theme but I am not sure.

I also presume the “demo-data” should be installed via the dashboard “Highend/Import Demo Templates”? (not even sure if I need this)

Can someone confirm how and where these two zip files can be installed?
