Hello? HB Themes support still there or “supporting?”

Haven’t heard a reply in over a week. I noticed a lot of topics haven’t been replied to as well. Support was good in the past, not sure what’s going on now. I know the main contact page said not to email there if its’s a technical theme question, but I haven’t received help here so had to try there. I may have to start browsing other themes if support here is non-existent now.
