Header/menu being buggy

Everything was working fine until I added that CSS, then in order to get it to a functional state, I used Options Reset to go back to the way it was and it worked, but now I can’t add social links to the header or it makes the menu get all messed up again. Something isn’t working. I am constantly needing to return to my previous state and make 1 change at a time to make sure it’s not wrecking the page.

Looking forward to working on this without the bugs. Thanks
