Header not showing on new Pages

I just updated my Highend to 4.2.6. I have a license number. I went to create a new page for after the update and the entire header is not showing up. This is very inconvenient being that is where the menu is.

I have deleted three pages and rebuilt it using different techniques, all with the same result.

First, I used a template. I deleted that page.

Second, I created a new page. I deleted that attempt.

Third, I created a new page with a different title and went through EVERY setting between a pre-update page and the new page – all identical. I also checked Highend options to see if there was a change. There wasn’t.
