Header color issue

Hi, we’re currently using a header with solid black color (color customizer). When we scroll down from the top of the page and transition to the fixed header, it briefly flashes white. I’m guessing this is because the fixed header is white by default and must load the custom color. How do we resolve this issue so it’s a seamless transition (black to black)?
