Header and Logo broken, not showing, cant refresh

    I’ve deleted and replaced the logo in the media library
    I’ve swapped header designs back and forth
    I’ve gone into the logo settings and switched out the files and it still references an old file that doesn’t exist in the library.
    When i refresh the page, nothing.
