HE v 1.3.1 vs 1.5

Under System Diagnostics it shows using v 1.3.1. Under the dashboard is shows Highend theme Version 1.5. I once again cannot get the front end editor to load. Could these differences be causing a conflict? We found that we had to enable popups for kingwoodwomensclub.com, which I’ve done on both IE and Chrome. The front end editor was working until last week. Now it just hangs up. I am once again in a crunch for getting the site updated. We are fundraising and only have a brief window to get this done.
