hb_image_box plugin problem

Hi, I’m using your Aegaeus theme and I’m using your hb image box plugin. 2 weeks ago I started having a problem with this plugin. When I enter subtitle and title and publish the changes, instead of my title i have default written ‘TITLE HERE’ and subtitle is okay. I check my short code and all tags it’s okay. After that whenever I tried to put a new hb image box, subtitle is okay but title isn’t. Help please? My WordPress version is 4.7.8.
