HB Using outdated woocommerce themes.

So this has been going on for a quite a while and stems from the fact that when my customers are getting a shipping quote, when they change the country from Canada to America, or vice-versa, the states/provinces don’t change with it. They will first have to input their postal/zip code, hit update, wait for the page to refresh, and then the state/province will update to the appropriate selector.

I’ve confirmed with woocommerce that it is not their issue by swapping my theme to another such as twenty-seventeen and then it works fine. I’ve tried to manually update the theme file from 3.4 to 3.5, however, this gives me entirely separate issues of there being 2 shipping calculators on my checkout page, however, they both work as intended.
