HB THEME : SIDE PANEL FOR MOBILE DEVICE

Hello, I need your help with regards to HIGHEND THEME (HB THEME).
I need to enable the Side panel section for mobile device. It is available for desktop view, but not for mobile devices. How can I enable the widget ( Sidepanel section).
I will attach a screenshot of what I am trying to enable for mobile devices.
I need a CSS code for it. please let me know.
I attached 4 Screenshots, 1 and 2, shows side panel for desktop.
3 and 4 is hidden for mobile (Side panel). it only shows the main navigation that should be on the header for Desktop but changed to side panel for mobile phone.
can we still keep the widget side panel we have for desktop and make it visible for mobile?
