hb-animate-element Not Working on Some Computers

I’ve found that on some computers, Highend’s entrance animations do not work. Rather, the element abruptly blinks onto the screen with no animation. I’ve now noticed this on two different machines:

1. Lenovo Yoga 720, 7th gen i5, Intel HD Graphics 620, 1920×1080 touchscreen, Windows 10 Home, latest Google Chrome
2. HP Spectre x360 13t, 8th gen i5, Intel UHD Graphics 620, 1920×1080 touchscreen, Windows 10 Home, latest Google Chrome

This behavior is the same when viewing the demos on hb-themes.com, so this is not an issue with my particular site setup. Other animations, such as Visual Composer’s entrance animations and Highend’s hover animations, work as expected, so this problem seems to be specific to Highend’s entrance animations.

I’m attaching captures of 1) what the animations should look like, and 2) what they look like on the machines above. If I’ve personally witnessed this on two different computers it seems like it could be affecting a significant portion of visitors, so I’d appreciate if you could pass this along to your team. Thanks!
