Grid Layout Variations

    I have 2 separate needs.

    Some pages & categories need a simple grid layout that just shows the featured image, title and a read more button.

    Other pages & categories need an extended grid layout that shows the featured image, title, excerpt of the description and the read more button.

    How would one accomplish something like this?
