Grid column not displaying image in full + remove padding above/under text

Hi,

I’m trying to create a list of images with information on the right of each image. When using columns, the images never appear full.

When I try to do it without columns the images are full but the text/heading has a lot of padding around it. How can I remove this making it looking tidier?
