Gravity Forms Field Labels Misaligned /asterisk overlap

Hello,

My contact form has an issue with the field labels being misaligned. I believe the theme overrides the gravity form settings to make all of the fields the same size which in turn conflicts with the label position.

Can you please assist.

I have several forms and I can foresee this being an issue going forward.
