Gravity Forms Checkbox Overlapping…

We are having a problem with overlapping checkboxes on the page: https://nutrirprebiotics.com/request-your-nutrir-samples/

We’v tried a number of fixes found online but none of them seem to have any effect (i.e. adding Padding).
The CSS we currently have for the page is:

.gform_wrapper .gfield_radio li label {display:block; margin: 5 0 0 24px; padding: 5px !important; width: auto; line-height:1.5; }
.gform_wrapper .gfield_textbox li label {display:block; margin: 5 0 0 24px; padding: 5px !important; width: auto; line-height:1.5;}

Any Ideas?
