Google site indexing issues & images not rendering

Here is a list of issues that have occurred over the past month or so:

– Indexing error with Google – used URL Inspection tool and the site is not indexed. Google says ‘Alternate page with proper canonical tag’? (site was never indexed from what I can tell. Tried submitting several times, but nothing works)
– All images on homepage except for Instagram pulled images not showing up on Chrome desktop – this includes header and logo for my website.
– All images on individual winery website pages not showing up
– Google map on winery pages no longer showing up
– Images are not showing up on all sub-pages under ‘Ways to Explore’ in Navigation
– Also, there is a line across the name of each winery listed on these cards on the page too
– Site Speed – rating anywhere from D to B+ on a good day via Google site speed tests. Results vary minute by minute…any thoughts on how to make more consistent?
– Documentation from previous work done – never received and need to know how to maintain and make updates to category pages, for example.
