Google Map skews main menu to one side

I entered the Google Map URL in the Theme Options Map section for this clients site and saved changes.
Now the Map Drop down doesn’t show at all and has pushed the Main Menu Tabs over to the right. The Logo which is on the top left of the screen is now obscured by an empty drop down box as it appears to load before the logo.
Please provide help as site is due to go live tomorrow.
