General Settings missing on individual pages

I am trying to change the custom image and title on a page using the backend editor of wpbakery that is included with the theme. I already had this set prior to the recent updates to wpbakery and the highend theme. There is no longer an option to change the page title or image. The General Settings is missing. I’m not sure why these options are no longer visible on the page editor. these used to show below the wpbakery and revisions. I tried disabling all plugins except wpbakery and this didn’t change the display.
