Gaps fixed, headers broken..

I contacted you guys a few weeks ago to help with some gaps in my layout, as a result, on one of my Pages the logo no longer shows up in the header
(scifrapi.cornami.com), and then the other page my slider is now twice the size it used to be (www.cornami.com)… It would be awesome if I could resolve the gap issue, as well as the new issues mentioned above..

The video background in the slider (scifrapi.cornami.com) also only works intermittently since whatever you guys did last time
