Fullwidth VC Element not working (after upgrade to version 4)

Hello

After the upgrade to V4, fullwidth sections do not display any background images anymore. It seems like the code is broken or wrongly generated. To demonstrate this, i created a new page with one row containing a fullwidth section with a background image: http://www.across-the-world.ch/test-fullwidth/
