Fullwidth Default Setting Not Working

Hi,

In the Highend Options, under Layout Settings > Default Settings, I have chosen Fullwidth and No Sidebar as the defaults. Every new page I create, however, has the content squished to the side, with the .col-9 class, instead of .col-12, and an empty sidebar is added. It will change to .col-12 if I change the layout setting specifically on that page, but since every single page on this site will be full width, I’d like it to just honor the default settings and not have to manually set it for each page. What can I do to fix this?

(I have overridden the .col-9 styles for now to make it full width and hid the sidebar container, but you can see them if you view source.)
