Full Width, No Padding Logo Image Above Menu

Hello,

I want my logo to have no padding, and I want it to be full width across the page, I realized there are 2 ways this could happen, but I can’t get either to work.

1. Have NO LOGO and then just put a static image at the top of every page which is my logo. (how can I have NO Logo?)

2. I saw that apparently someone asked about this and you provided them with custom CSS to remove the padding from the logo and make things align properly below:

Can I simply follow these instructions as well? And where do I put the CSS and in what format?
