Front Page header not transparent after update to 3.7.3

There is a grey bar on the header of my front page which should be transparent.
This happened after I updated to the Highend version 3.7.3

I included a screenshot from before without the grey bar and another which is currently with the grey bar.

This is only on the front page, not on the about or contact pages.
