Front Page Banner not Working in Mobile Version

    On my desktop version, the banner (set as a background image) of my front page displays perfectly, but on my phone, it got cut off. When I look at it in landscape mode on my phone, it is perfectly sized to the screen, but I want it to be displayed normally when you hold your phone upright. Any suggestions?
